Well, after my two weeks off, school is, once again, back in full swing and stressing the hell out of me. As of right now, I'm taking 5 classes, 17 hours, and a graduate seminar on Ulysses (plus some other Modernist odds and ends). I'm not taking the class for credit-- rather, I'm taking it for research purposes and to give me a taste of grad school. Dr. Harper welcomed the idea considered only 5 students are currently enrolled in the seminar. It's a butt-load of work. Around 14 papers to write this semester between all of these classes.

I don't think I can handle it. As much as I think I would enjoy all of these classes, one is going to have to go. Right now I think that class is going to be Georgia history. I don't know, though... The writing requirement is rather extensive. I have until tomorrow night to decide.

Tonight I went out to Midtown as usual, for a while, and got to see Colter, Jeff and Ben. Dinner at Joes was awful. It rained. Miss Cleo is more outrageous than ever. I was going to go to a show tonight, but I was too tired, and I had to read Ulysses.

My friend Colter was telling me about some meditation techniques he's been using lately-- I think I'm going to try them out at the end of this week. Because, honestly, I'm totally lost with regard to what I'm doing with my life now. I'm very tempted to push off my graduation another semester and take it easy. Yep, that sounds really damn good right now.
